Usage:

2. Add your base color evenly, and cure by UV/LED lamp 60-120s until it totally dry. (black gel are recommended)
3. Topcoat: Apply no wipe top coat, but not completely dry (30secs or so)
4. Rub Holographic Nail Powder onto your nails in a circular motion, and brush off any excess powder.
5. Topcoat: Then apply your No Wipe top coat n cure completely.
