To use to powder applications with REGULAR POLISH or on top of Dip Powder Nails:
Apply Color Polish, let dry. Apply Top Pure & let dry (wrap edges). Apply preferred powder (wrap edges) & dust off remaining. Repeat 2nd coat of top pure (wrap edges) and powder (wrap edges), dust. Apply top pure again for top coat (wrap edges). Apply Sparkle & Co. Seal (sold separately) to free edges for a longer lasting manicure.
