How to check your laptop model?

Method 1: Please ensure your laptop model before placing an order.

Step 1: Check the back cover of your Mac.Step 2: You will see the laptop model and EMC number printed on it. Such as Model A1466 EMC 2469.

Method 2: Find and Get Laptop Model by Mac System.

Step 1: Find and click “About This Mac”(On the upper left of the MacBook).Step 2: Get the exact model, size, and release year on the overview page, such as MacBookAir 13Inch, Mid 2011.

Method 3: Please Open the back cover of your laptop to get your battery model.

Step 1: Switch off the laptop and unplug the power cable in case of an electric shockStep 2: Remove the back panel with the screwdriver. Be careful to avoid any harm to the laptop components.Step 3: Disconnect the cable connected to the battery and then take the battery out. After that, you can check the specifications of your battery.

Why can your laptop not recognize the battery？

Battery Inspections:

Before installing a new battery, please turn off your laptop, disconnect the adapter, press the power button to release the storage, and then you can install the laptop battery.

When using the battery for the first time after installation, if the power is charged from 0% to 1%, it may take 10-40 minutes, which is a normal pre-charging stage, and please be patient with this.
