Close LED Display Showing Anytime

While soundbar is on, hold press the key “3D/LED OFF” of soundbar remote control, LED display showing will be closed. Any key of remote control will wake up LED display.

Peaceful Sleep by Close LED Light

The red LED will be on after turning off the soundbar, press the key “3D /LED OFF” of soundbar remote control, the red LED will be closed.

Memorized Function for Soundbar Setting

1.After Turn off the soundbar, input source (bluetooth, optical, HDMI ARC, coaxial, Aux), Sound mode ( Music, movie, news, game, party), volume, will be memorized.

2.After Turn off soundbar, the manual setting (Treble +/-, Bass +/-) will be memorized.

HDMI ARC Connection

1.Set audio output formart to be “PCM” and “HDMI-CEC” to be “ON” for your TV

2.Select ARC input via short press “ARC/COA” of soundbar remote control;

3.Select sound output to be HDMI ARC, such as “receiver” for Samsung TV;

4.We provided HDMI cable with full copper, it has more clear sound than not full copper, comply with HDMI 2.0 standard. Poor HDMI cable will be no sound or poor sound.

Optical Connection

1.Must set Audio output format to “PCM” on TV.

2. Insert optical cable with correct direction( note the chamfer of cable terminal) both soundbar and TV, plug both ends of the cable tightly with a clicking sound.

3.Select optical input via short press “Optical” of soundbar remote control;

4.Select sound output of TV, such as “optical” for Samsung TV;

A key of remote control to a function,don’t worry about pressing the wrong.

Note: Please use enough power AAA batteries, open the battery cover and place the batteries with correct direction as “+, -” mark on PCBA. It will be no power for a new battery with long storage.

Important FAQ:

Q1. There is no sound from soundbar during watching TV.

A: If there is a sound via bluetooth connection with mobile phone, the issue is caused by missing some setting on your TV. Please check the following:

1. For any one of connection, must set audio output format to be “PCM” on your TV;

2. Via HDMI ARC connection, must enable “HDMI-CEC” to be “ON” on your TV.

For some tv, need to set “HDMI Input Audio Format >PCM”.

For some TV, if you need to turn on/off soundbar via TV remote control, need some extra setting on your TV, such as enable the setting liking “device auto power off” to be “ON”, “TV auto power on” to be “ON”. If you don’t find the setting, get help from TV technical team or us.

3. For TV setup, TV Box setup, Movie APP setup, please read the “Quick Start Guide” (a manual provided with a simple version), or download the troubleshooting (detail version) in the product link where is “Product guides and documents”, it will be continuously updated.

Q2: Soundbar remote could control other device, or other device remote control could control the soundbar.

A: 1.In order to try to avoid interference each other as the code of the remote control, the remote control Heymell soundbar designed hexadecimal code. But with too many devices controlled by infrared remote control, it is difficult to avoid the interference for some buttons or functions.

2. There is a replacement remote control with completed different code, only request us to send you a remote control and a software upgrade, the issue will be resolved.

Q3:The sound will be cut out via HDMI ARC connection.

A:1. Check the HDMI cable connection status, check whether there is some missing setting on TV;

2. For some TV, there is a compatible issue, please change to optical connection and try again.

Q 4: Remote control is not working.

A: 1. Confirm the installing direction for the battery, open the battery cover of remote control, there is a symbol “+”, “-“ on the PCBA surface.

2. Check whether the battery cover of remote control is closed firmly.

3. Please confirm whether the battery is power enough. Although maybe you have a new battery, it will be without power as this battery has been stored for too long, or production date is long past. Please take a good battery with power from other device to test first.

4. Check as above steps, remote control is not working too, get a new remote control with free from us.
