Contraband 7419 41in loop resistance bands have a variety of uses but are mainly used for warmup, stretching, pull-up assistance, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strongman exercises. We offer a wide range of tensions to handle all kinds of applications.

INTENDED USE

We suggest using lighter bands like Orange, Purple, and Yellow to stretch and do workouts at home when traveling, or at the gym. These bands are the most versatile for workouts, so we like to suggest purchasing these first if you need a resistance band to help with arms, shoulders, legs, back, and other exercises.

The Red band is good for band-assisted squats as well as a good starting point for an assisted pullup band, it might be too heavy for stretching or any shoulder or arm work though. Blue, Green, and Black are reserved for special purposes, they are the heaviest tension. Just make sure you have a purpose and try lighter bands before going with one of these.
