Formulated with Acrylic Urethane, CLEAR-SEAL is a durable single-component, self-cross-linking sealer, helping to protect masonry and wood against chemical spills, staining, UV light, and wear due to heavy foot traffic. The clear glossy shield resists acids, bases, gasoline, alcohol, and hot tire pickup, making this sealant perfect for commercial garages, warehouses, industrial floors, sidewalks, wall murals, residential driveways, walkways, decks, and patios. Engineered for use on horizontal and vertical painted or unpainted concrete and wood surfaces, this pro-grade topcoat sealant dries to an enhancing gloss finish.

CLEAR-SEAL is non-yellowing, non-clouding, low odor, and low VOC, making it the ideal industrial weatherproof protector for all porous masonry, dense masonry, and painted surfaces including, concrete, cement, bricks, pavers, stone, and wood. For best results, prep surface by removing dirt, oil, stains, etc., and filling cracks. Using a lambswool applicator, pump-up sprayer, or airless sprayer, apply the sealer to a dry surface with less than 25% moisture (coats vary per substrate) to maximize absorption. Wait at least one hour between coats. Once applied to surface, let sealer cure.
