Why does it pop off easily?

First, check your nail bed. If you have flat nails, adjust your nail bed before applying the nail tips.

Why is the surface very sticky after curing with the lamp?

It’s normal, like most gels, there is a sticky layer left over. It is cured though, either add a top coat over it and cure it or rub the sticky layer off with a cotton pad and rubbing alcohol.

Can this be used with already colored or semi tips?

YES, we suggest you use 48W UV/LED nail lamp, and cure for 2-3 minutes.
