Is it battery operated or have to plug in?

It has to plug in to work. Power cord and adapter is included (up to 9.8 feet in length). LED lights consume battery very fast so it has to plug in.

Why the day of the week is wrong?

Mostly, you may have set a wrong “YEAR” value. Once you have set “Year”, “Month”, “Date” correctly, the day of week will calculate automatically. Some customers may ignore the “Year” in time setting menu.

Is it easy to install?

Small nails and instructions are included. You can install it in 2 minutes.
