How to use: Apply to clean, polish-free nails from the center of the nail to the tip. Leave on to penetrate. Use 2 times a week until nails have hardened and then 2-3 times per month once nails have recovered. Protect cuticles and skin around nails with grease or oil before application. Never apply under nail tips, on cuticles, on skin, this is to avoid skin hardening
