How to replace Electric Range & Cooktop Plug-In Surface Burner

1.Make sure all surface element (burner) switches are in the off position and the burner is completely cool

2.Place the drip pan into the burner recess opening in the cooktop so the burner receptacle can be seen through the opening in the drip pan

3.Insert the terminals of the plug-in burner through the opening in the drip pan and then into the receptacle

4.Guide the plug-in burner into place so it fits evenly in the recessed area
