Pasta Making Tips

If the dough is too sticky/wet before rolling, knead with some flour at a time until the stickiness disappear and add flour in the rolling shaft inside.

Try to dust rolled dough sheet with “00” flour before next rolling and cutting, this is very important to get perfect pasta noodles.

Turn Mixer Speed Setting to 2 or 3 when using Roller attachment while 3-5 Speed for Cutters for better performance.

Cleaning Tips

Do not wash or immerse in water! Also not Dishwasher Safe!

Clean it by slight damp soft cloth, also the Cleaning Brush can help remove bits of flour and pasta.
