Our REISHUNGER rice cooker has a capacity of 1.2 liters. This is easily enough to prepare rice for up to 6 people. Typically, depending on the dish, you need 50 – 60 grams of rice per person, which amounts to 300 – 360 grams for 6 people. Even a small amount of rice for one person cooks evenly, making it ideal for singles as well.

Compared to similarly priced models, our Reishunger rice cooker boasts a powerful 500-watt performance. This significantly reduces cooking time: for instance, peeled rice for one person is ready in just 14-15 minutes.

In the Reishunger rice cooker, you can perfectly prepare white rice varieties and whole grain rice. Even stickier types like sushi rice or sticky rice turn out excellently in the Reishunger rice cooker—truly a versatile all-rounder!

To ensure your rice always turns out perfectly, the necessary accessories are included. Along with the rice cooker, you receive a measuring cup, rice spoon, and a steaming insert for your side dishes. Tip: There is a holder on the side of the device for the rice spoon.

The use of the rice cooker is suitable for children aged 8 and older if they are supervised or if you have sufficiently explained the safe use of the device to them. It is important to discuss the potential dangers with the children and ensure they understand them before use. The device should not be cleaned or maintained by children. However, children older than 8 years can do so under your supervision. Store the rice cooker out of reach of children under 8 years old.

Thanks to the practical keep-warm function, you can calmly focus on preparing other delicious dishes during the cooking process. The inner pot of the white model is double non-stick coated, with a matte finish similar to that of a coated pan, ensuring your rice doesn’t burn on the bottom. Our Reishunger rice cookers, available in white and black, come with a ceramic-coated inner pot consisting of three different layers (from the inside out: 1. Double ceramic non-stick coating, 2. 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, 3. Heat-resistant bronze outer shell). The glossy ceramic coating feels smooth and similar to a ceramic plate.

With the included steaming insert, you can effortlessly and gently steam vegetables, fish, and seafood alongside your rice using the rising steam.

The removable inner pot is easy to clean with warm water and a little dish soap. However, you should not clean the inner pot in the dishwasher. The inner area of the rice cooker can be wiped with a regular sponge. Additionally, after each cooking cycle, you should remove and wash the small collection container for condensed steam.
