How to use?
1. Unscrew the stainless steel nut.
2. Remove the round wooden lid.
3. Fill pepper or salt into the mill
4. Reposition the round wooden lid onto the base, and screw the stainless steel nut back onto the wooden lid.
5. Hold base firmly and rotate the top wooden lid clockwise to get the particles.
6. Adjusting from coarse to fine: Turn the nut clockwise for fine grinding, and anti-clockwise for coarse grinding.

How to Clean?
Simply wipe with a dampened cloth after use. For a better clean please grind some rice. The residue of the seasonings left in the wooden mill can be cleaned up along with the rice powder.
